Enforcement. If any legal action is brought to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be eligible to get its lawyers’ fees, court costs, and other collection costs, as well as any other relief it may get. He functioned as physiotherapist into the Clare Senior Hurling Team from 2010 to 2014. He enjoys swimming and running in addition to playing GAA.

A Winnipeg elder is recovering after he had been beaten and robbed on his way home from bingo Wednesday evening. Alvin Spence, 67, had taken the bus in the Freight House Recreation Centre on Isabel Street to Portage Avenue following bingo at about 10 p.m.. He got off the bus to walk into his house on Good Street.

Spence stated as he turned down the back lane behind Good Street and St. Mary Avenue — moments from his house — he had been approached by three guys.
